• Organizes media files you already own
• Fetches publicly available metadata from third-party services
• Creates NFO files compatible with media center software
• Renames and structures files according to your preferences

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the application only with media content you have the legal right to possess
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Obtain your own API keys from TMDB and Fanart.TV and comply with their respective terms of service
• Not use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

5. Third-Party Services

Power Scraper Pro integrates with third-party services including The Movie Database (TMDB) and Fanart.TV. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by these services.

6. Intellectual Property

Power Scraper Pro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The metadata and artwork retrieved through the application remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Power Scraper Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of metadata

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
