License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the Software on macOS devices that you own or control
• Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Make one backup copy of the Software for archival purposes

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software except as expressly permitted
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the Software for commercial purposes without a commercial license
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

4. Third-Party Components

The Software may include third-party components with separate license terms. Your use of such components is subject to their respective licenses. Third-party services used by the Software (TMDB, Fanart.TV) are subject to their own terms of service.

5. Updates and Support

Licensor may, at its discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. This Agreement applies to all such updates unless accompanied by a separate license agreement. Support is provided on a best-effort basis.

6. Data and Privacy

The Software processes data locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Software will meet your requirements
• The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Software will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Software will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business information
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any other pecuniary loss

ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must:

1. Cease all use of the Software
2. Delete all copies of the Software from your devices
3. Destroy any backup copies

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
